Biryan Express is a customer-facing mobile e-commerce application for a food delivery business. It features a product catalogue, cart, checkout with payment gateway integration, and an order tracking flow.
Challenge
The client needed a seamless ordering experience that reduced phone orders and allowed customers to track their deliveries in real time, with a backend that operations staff could manage without technical help.
Solution & Outcome
Built the Android app with a clean product/cart/checkout flow and integrated a payment gateway. A Java/Spring Boot backend handles orders, notifications, and a simple admin panel for the operations team. Launched and used by the business's customer base. Phone order volume dropped as customers shifted to the app. Operations staff manage the menu and orders entirely through the admin panel.
